Any experience buying pvs-14 from Ultimate Night Vision site? They are selling L3Harris unfilmed WP pvs-14 with good spec for under 4K right now. However, my impression is that they are not returnable even for inspection for a day. Basically, I will have to roll a dice with 4K. What's your experience with them?
