How many people have tried one on a ar10 platform? I have had some on ar15's and they work well, however I'm concerned about the heavy spring tension on my dpms 6.5cm. Let me know your thoughts.

I have a BCM with Medium latch on both my SBR AR15 and my MEGA MA-Ten. I like it on the AR15, so I was planning on getting for the 308 as well. Once I got my MEGA, I realized since the upper has added width, you almost need to get a different charging handle.

I run a medium BCM on my Noveske N6 and it works great. Best upgrade yet....

I have a Leupy MK2 3-9 over a Magpul MBUS. My occular lense is only about 1.6 inches plus the Butler Creek scope caps. From Vortex's sight looks like yours is 1.74, which is a little under an 1/8 extra more on either side then what I'm running. Medium should work for you.

I have a Mech Armor Defense charging handle on my DPMS LR-6.5, and it is worth every penny. It makes dry fire practice so much more tolerable.

I will also recommend the BCM/Vltor gunfighter CH. Currently using two Mod 4 units on my 5.56 carbines and really like them. Great surface area for manipulation. Definitely putting a 7.62 model on my MWS in place of the gassbuster.
If you need an extended handle to clear a scope, try the BCM Mod 3, it is really out there.
