Rifle Scopes Extra High rings for a 40mm IOR scope needed

Anyone know if there are any options? I looked on liberty optics website they show High as the tallest option. I messaged Scott also but figured someone might know of other 40mm ring options. Thanks PG

Only the ADM Recon mount with 40mm rings is what I'm aware of....
