Watched this movie in IMAX last night. It was great. No woke or preachy nonsense. Cinematography was amazing.

Refreshing esp considering Louis was involved in it.

Rush was good. Don’t know about the story line of Ferrari but seeing the 50’s F1 and Sports Racing cars was pretty interesting.

Compared to Rush, F1 excels in technical aspects. Of course the budget for that one was $38M but F1 producers spent some where around $300M approximately. It’s visually lavish.

supposedly it has an audience score on rotten tomatoes of 98% which is almost unheard of. the same guy directed Top Gun Maverick and it had an audience score of 99%. so by all reports, this should be pretty awesome. As a comparison, Mad Max Fury Road has an audience score of 86%

Saw it last night with my wife and son…. Not just a good car movie, it was a good movie, period.

Maybe even a great movie! Reminded me a lot of the Ford vs. Ferrari movie w/Matt Damon from that perspective; just a good, entertaining movie with great production and acting throughout.

I thought the F1 flick was a little too neatly packaged, and the classic “Hollywood Ending” was a bit over the top for me, but maybe we need some happy feel good movies like that right now… And as mentioned above the production values, cinematography, and the lengths they went to make it feel real were pretty amazing. Very, very entertaining if a bit unrealistic re: the actual racing stuff.

You should definitely see this at least once on the big screen; preferably with the real feel sound.

I give it a solid ‘A’ and will likely see it again on the big screen before buying it when it comes out.

Watched it with my son. First movie I've gone to see at the theaters in probably 5 or 6 years.
We both really enjoyed it. If you know anything about Formula 1, I felt like Lewis Hamilton had a lot to do with the character.....almost a bit of a biography of him. Not knocking that.....just making an observation.
