Automatic text parsing flagged a portion of the quotes. Facebook was notified, corrected the problem, notified the poster, and apologized. A non-news click-bait story. And, the libertarian newspaper that posted the offending quotes gave FB a happy-ending. Yes, I mean that exactly as it sounds.
