Factory Rifle Recommendations 28 Nosler

With all the issues I've read about CA Ridgeline, Nosler M48, and Browning X-Bolts, is there a overall consensus on the ideal Factory Rifle in 28 Nosler? Other calibers I'd consider are 7mm RM and 300 WM.

Looking for a rifle that will have a good COL, good groups, lightweight, etc.

Please let me know what recommendations you have and any experiences that you've had.
