A friend of mine has a accuracy international aw in 308 that is all stock. With about 1000 rounds through in very good shape. He finally is open to selling it. What’s is a fair market price ?

To the OP, depends the nostalgia you have For the AW’s.
I’d pay more for an AW 2.0 than an AT. Same with the AWM than an AXMC...

No nostalgia for them, just know the history of this rifle and it’s local seems like it would be a good add to the collection.

Just like the old school look and feel. I think they hold their value a lot better over time. Nostalgia, really.
It's easy for me to say that, since I got the latest gen stuff as well.
Just my personal recommendations - rifle only, safe queen pricing:
AW 1.5, $3.5K.
AW 2.0, $4.5K.
AW 2.0 with rear monopod - surprisingly, around $5.5K (so few were ordered due to the cost that AI wanted for the option). Cannot be used during firing either - observation only.
AWM/AWSM 1.5, $5K.
AWM/AWSM 2.0, $6.5K.
AWM/AWSM 2.0 with rear monopod, $7.5K.
Just a note: AWSM (338LM) is virtually useless if you don't reload and want to feed from a magazine these days. So few ammo manufacturers load 338LM to SAMMI spec - it's all CIP. AWM (300WM) is where it's at - turn it into a 300PRC.
These things are worth what people will pay for them though these days, and that's the only thing that drives the market for AW's/AE's.
