A live round a ammunition with out a gun to stick it in is about as dangerous as a fishing weight.......damn they make a big stick about nothing.

You have no idea how far shit like this moves the goal posts around here.

Shit some kid draws a swastika in class it causes a whole round of hand wringing like you wouldnt believe.

    From the article -

Police said security video later showed that Purcell planted the bullet himself.

Investigators said he did that to prove that the school needs to install metal detectors.

    1. Teachers were more intelligent, when I went to school.

    2. Although the teacher thought the school needs to install metal detectors, evidently the video cameras work just great.

When I was a senior in High school, I was in the parking lot one morning just getting out of my friends truck as the principal was walking 2ft from my door as I opened it, brushing about 7 cases of 44mag spent brass onto the asphalt as he passed, he didn’t even break stride, looked at me over his shoulder and said “pick those up”, turned his head back forward as he continued his walk to the front door.

After I killed my first deer i took the antlers and spent hulls to show and tell the next week. I can't imagine what would have happened these days - not only bringing "live ammunition" but bringing evidence of the pain of unjustly killed animals!

So much toxic masculinity. Different times indeed.

When I would get sent to the principles office seemed like at least once a week maybe.......The principle knew I hunted and he also liked to hunt and shoot he would get on me about misbehaving for a second, but we would mostly talk about hunting, shooting and guns then he would send me back to class........loved that dude.

Me and a buddy would duck hunt after school in the 8th and 9th grade. He would leave his house with a shotgun and shells (gun without a case). Get on the bus and go to school. Once he got off the bus he would carry the gun and ammo through the school and hand it into the office. After class we would meet up in the office where they would hand the shotgun and shells back to him, we’d run through the halls to catch my bus home so we could get on the ducks before dark.

Same school, the vice principal asked me to bring him a .22 so he could shoot the cats getting into his trash. Yes. The vice principal asked a student if he could borrow a gun, bring it to school for him and loan it to him. Same guy that had no problems handing me the wrong end of the paddle. Old times...

One day my senior year in highschool after college admissions had come back and I was a short timer, I didn't feel like hanging around all day so I forged a note from my parents excusing my absence for "shots for college" and then spent the day at the indoor range shooting a 1911.

Yeah, that was pretty common in one of my schools as well (I was a military brat, so bounced around a lot growing up). Of course, when I was in high school, we still had smoking areas, and extended time between 2nd/3rd and 4th/5th period to go have a cigarette (legal age to smoke back then was 16). But then again I suppose I'm dating myself (we also had a competitive rifle team too).

Typical leftist. Stir the shit and create a storm over something they initiate. Fire his ass.

Yep. A Jussie Smollet of another stripe.

Lately around my AO we have had some "home synagogues" experience a rash of "small" fires.

These are residential buildings in communities with a small number of worshipers being served by the resident rabbi.

There is no marking or indication on the house in my town that suffered such a "fire". Ive driven by it MANY times without knowing its inhabitants or uses but the house caught my eye as it was neat architecture.

My instinct is telling me that if the perpetrator is caught he will be sporting Bernie or Hillary stickers on his car.
