Can you guys give me some help on choosing a chronograph. What are the top 2 chronographs available. I will be using it at local outdoor ranges where sunlight isn't really a problem. I'm mainly concerned with accuracy over everything else. Thanks
CED M2 next after the Ohler. The thing I like about the CED over the Ohler is the digital readout and the memory storage and download to a computer for later analysis. I think the Ohler is just a paper printout on adding machine tape.
I'd rate the PVM-21 right up there with the Oehler and ahead of the CED. Spendy, but it's been reliable as heck for me in any lighting conditions. I don't really use the software that comes with it (it's pretty extensive), but the unit keeps every shot in memory and you can easily connect it via USB to a laptop to download every shot after a range session and then clear the memory.
