Where would be a good spot to spend a week during Feb.? Got some extra time off and want to go somewhere with the wife and friends.

Not real excited beaches either...

The Seychelles but it would take you a week in travel alone so thats out. Costa Ricas nice. If you dont like beaches try the Tucson area. the Saguaro National Monument is beautiful, the Sonoran Desert, and lots to do with the University of Arizona there.
