A little off topic in this forum but I hope someone can jump in to help: I have a chance to buy bulk of this ammo in good price - are they accurate? Since they are for LE use only, there is little info I found on line. They are supposedly good at penetrating barriers but I am going to punch papers with it

Sounds like their 165gr trophy bonded bear claw round. If it is, I wouldn't get too excited about the accuracy. 1.5MOA average is what we see out of it.
