I just looked at Sportsman's as I get their e-mails almost daily - they were sold out. I prefer to walk in and shop local but the store in Cheyenne doesn't even have tags on the shelf for Federal Match Large Rifle. When I was load testing for my .308Win Savage in 2006, the CCI's and Federals were giving me the same velocities, ESs and SDs. Lots of things can change in thirteen years and I'm getting ready to measure powder and seat bullets for my Ruger Precision .243. I wasn't able to come up with the Federal Match for my testing but will chrono eight other primers in March or April. I'll probably do the alert thing with Sportsman's Warehouse since they have free ship-to-store. Cabella's is a full two hours from my house. I'll definitely be going to the biggest gun and outdoor annual event in Wyoming the last weekend of May in Riverton. I might be able to find them there.
Lynn, that's exactly how I plan to do it except having it shipped to the store will get me out of the hazmat fee.
