Federal Premium 243 recipie "?'s"

I'm trying to duplicate a load for my bud's VLS. It loves Fed premium 95 NBT's.

The powder looks like IMR 4064.

Anyone confirm or deny this?

Factory ammo is almost never loaded with standard cannister powder.
Lots are made up to meet the ammunition makers specs.
On the Hodgdon website, there are loads for 95 Nos Parts that would work for NBTs

The new Supreme 780 also works very well and will go through a measure more accurately than a stick powder. It's a tad faster than 4831.
