I’ve got a Curtis vector, manners prs2, hawks hill bottom metal, ai mags...feed perfect until the second to last round then that second to last round feeding from left side misses when chambering almost every time. Any ideas?

Have you taken apart the AI magazine and cleaned the housing body and lighting stretched the follower spring back out?

I do recommend starting there. Each one of my AI mags are temperamental in different ways
What ai mags? I would assume aics but then you say the left side so I believe you’re actually using aw mags.
Aw mags, aics would fix this I’m guessing? I actually think all of mine are aw but will have to look and see if I have any aics.
IMHO, the AICS mags are even more temperamental. I’ve had to file and adjust the feed lips on each one of mine for different actions I use them in. But once that’s done, they’re as smooth as glass.
The couple AW mags I have, one required me to lightly stretch the follower spring and ensure it’s married to the follower correctly to get the last two or three to feed without issues.
