not sure if this is going to make any sense I have decided of a frame a mdt acc chassis , and for a action I am really liking the bighorn lt3 short action for a 6.5 creedmoor , but this is where im more than confused for a barrel I am leaning towards the krieger mtu contour in a 26 inch 1/8 twist whether I need to get the barrel maker to thread the action so they fit or ask the action maker to cut the threads so the barrel fits or if they already know or use the same threading , or even I am new to all of this in all of this and its just a me thing over thinking the whole process . the last choice is my gut feeling . any help or constructive suggestions would greatly appreciated . And no It's not a troll question I just have never gone through the process of putting a gun or buying a custom gun before and nether has anyone I know so that leaves you all to ask my dumb question to .

The barrel maker or rifle smith will thread the barrel to fit your action. Your parts list looks fine. barrel is a little on the heavy side, but that is fine if you will be shooting prone or from a bench.
If you are planning to have a rifle smith assemble the parts, chat with them about your plans for the rifle, and they can help you fine tune the details to suit your needs.
There are quite a few excellent smiths here, if you don’t have one in mind

Everyone has to start somewhere and sometime.
The chassis is fine. The easiest way to get into it is to find a good gunsmith that will
sell you the action and a pre shoulder barrel to fit that action. If you get just a threaded barrel
you'll need to set the distance it needs to be threaded in, then you need go-no gauges.
Thats a cheaper way to go if your mechanical inclined. If not, then a shoulder barrel is just screwed
in to the action a certain torque and off you go shooting. Little more expensive. The MTU contour is heavy
and would help with recoil and heat. The 1/8 twist is perfect for the 6.5 Creedmoor.
The bighorn action is a great option for pre shouldered barrels.
If you call or e-mail Greg or Russ @ bugholes they can set you up with the action and get you the barrel done
in about 4 weeks. When you burn up that barrel, all you have to do is call them up with the next barrel make
contour, length and maybe a caliber change, they can cut you a new barrel, one that will just screw back on in place of the old one.
Good thing with the 6.5 Creedmoor case is you wouldn't need to change the bolt in the Bighorn action and you could change calibers
to say a 6br, 6 Creedmoor and many others.

well thank you for responding and the answers at least get me closer to my end goal . They give me more clarity on the things that threw me off .

Get whoever is chambering the barrel to cut the tenon and head space it.
TL3 is an excellent choice and allows prefit barrels.

26”MTU will be kind of a pig in my opinion but that’s your choice.
I like weight but I often have to hike my rifle into position so I try to find a nice balance.
