I know there is a thread where someone was praising S&B customer service about two months ago. I remember there was a specific guy you could get a hold of to make sure you got taken care of.
I have dust inside the tube that I can see as big black specs one the inside glass and it makes me crazy and I would like it cleaned.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone pointed me in the right direction.
