I just pulled a couple apart,has 67.3 grs. Looks like H4350,any ideas? They shoot really great in my 700 P.
 
Last time I checked they used RL-22 and that is the same powder used in A191 or Mk248 Mod 0 which Federal happen to have the contract to make
 
Steve- Your guess of 67.3/4350 is about right. In the old days-that was a standard target load. When you go to the slow burning powders, you use more of it to get your best velocities. When we shot the magnums at Perry, IMR 4350 was the most common powder used.
