5 out of 20 CCI BR primers had trouble fitting in once fired FGMM brass. I had uniformed the pocket by hand and had noticed some were tighter than others. Now when I'm priming a few cases actual shaved of half moons of the primers cup. And I had to redo some of them. Now if you run your finger over the top of some of the cases it has a sharp edge on the pocket lip.

Been reading up a little, I should not have to ream or swage non military crimp brass should I? This is brand new once fired FGMM factory ammo.

No you should not have to swage primer pockets on commercial FGMM brass. I have found with my RCBS hand priming to that sometimes Ihave to jiggle the case as I start the primer. It is just a matter of getting the case lined up with the primer. Just a thought.
