Bought 2 and don't need this one. Works great to turn your ball head into an arca/pic clamp. Has adjustable tension for rails of all types.

This is 55mm. It would sit on top of the bowl head, not hang over it. The pan clamp only works on their bowl head so pop it off and it's just a plate. It will not limit movement.
I did that on my other setup. Pan clamp removed and put into a leveling base.
