Kenny Howell sling studs going in for last time:










Masking tape residue cleanup. Mineral spirits and a rag do wonders.







Finish up with a dab of silicone and a rag.



Final spit polish of the bedding. Wipe it down with a Q tip and some silicone to rub off any residual mold release. Polishes it up nice.







Onto the rest of it. . .

Sunny Hill Floorplate assembled and installed. No bedding. 1:1 machined fit.









Guard screws I made last evening. 1/4-32 Filster heads.

Barreled action installed. Bolt is all that's left.







Tang blended well (finally). This one took a bit of work to get it all cleaned up. The floor metal was a bit cranky too. Luckily it played out well for me.
