Just on Atlanta Fox 5 news,
Atlanta homeowner grabs a pistol & puts a few caps in a couple of would be home invaders who then crash the get away vehicle.
now they are instable condition.
Good thing, they face justice.
Bad thing, they lived.
Bad thing, court is going to cost taxpayers thousands.
But cudos to the homeowner for fighting back !

Sad thing is they are going to sue the homeowner basically bankrupting him in the process of defending himself from a frivolous lawsuit!

We need tort reform.
