Sidearms & Scatterguns Fire lapping a handgun?

Re: Fire lapping a handgun?

You bet it's worth it if it's a Ruger revolver. Try pushing a slug from the muzzle to the forcing cone - it'll hang up right there. A reverse choke is bad for accuracy. I had a Security Six once you could actually see the wrinkles, the barrel was cranked in so tight.

Beartooth Bullets website has a bunch of good info on firelapping, and their products to do it work just like they say it does.
