fireforming with h110 and cream o wheat?

How much should I use of the h110 to fireform 243ai cases? Or other ideas?

Cant you fire form 243AI using a bullet and actually shooting the rounds? (I have never fireformed/used that cartridge so am not sure) I fireform my 22-250 into 6XC by shooting them for practice or even in matches. Shoot dang good that way.

I use 10gr of Bluedot under enough cream of wheat to reach the bottom of the neck to FF for 223AI. Have loaded up to 13 gr. but saw no change over the 10 gr. load.
Start out about 10 gr. and check your results. It should FF to 90-95%, the only thing not completed is the sharp break at the shoulder.

Another option:

Trailboss: Load the case to the base of the bullet, and use 75% of that as the powder charge.

I just use a piece of cotton torn off a cotton ball on top of the cow. Have heard of folks using wax but saw no need.

H110 aka WW296 is a highly deterrent coated pistol powder. I think that you'd be better off using a faster burning powder. JMHO
