I believe Florida does not require a background check for residents. If you look at the big white sign, thats what the seller is advertising. Just show your photo ID and youre good to go. Perfectly legal.

He can be questioned about where the original rifle went. Maybe if he had destroyed the lower first....... Perhaps somebody who knows just how this works can join in.
