Gunsmithing firing pin bent?

just got my rifle back shot ten rounds and it stopped lighting the round up


took the bolt apart and it is bent? what could cause this?

You have a picture? will it even come through the hole now? Did you have any pierced primers? Some grit get into the firing pin hole?

the only time i bent a firing pin was doing a .40 in a .45

you may have had an over pressure round that boogered yourself up,,,,surplus ammo????

fresh hand loads will get a picture up

the gun was trued and the lugs cut

Maybe the sucker got dropped in the re-installation phase. Check with your gunsmith. JMHO
