Well I did it today got I got my new DPMS lr308 out to 1000 yards. I got it last year in the fall and was able to get it dialed in at 600 yards before the snow fell. Enough with the talk here are my bullet specs.
Primmer= 210m, Case= Remington 308 Win., Powder= IMR 4320 at 45.5 grains, Bullet= Sierra Palma Match 155 gr. hpbt.
I would have took pictures of the target but I didn't have a camera and it was a split moment though to take it to a 1000 yrds.
