Hello guys,
After a couple of years of research, paperwork and a lot of work I was able to complete the first stage of my first rifle build:
Remington M700 Police .308Win
AICS 1.5 OD Green
USO SN3 3.2-17x58 ERGO, EREK Mil, US#1 M40 Mil, Milscale MPR
Badger Ordnance Max-50 steel rings
US Optics picatinny rail
AI bipod + mags
Next steps will be:
- Trigger replacement (shilen set at 2.5lbs)
- Bolt knob installation (this will be the first upgrade since it's toooo difficult to operate the current bolt knob, it's too close to the scope's eyepiece)
- Barrel replacement (shilen #7hv 23" long stainless steel Select Match Grade)
I also want to thank you for helping me with all the questions I made. Without your help, comments, suggestions and all the info in this forum, this rifle would still be a dream.
The result might look familiar to you but it's unique in my country. Here're the pics:
Soon this one will leave the white blanks and meet the dirt
