It is possible, but more likely you will need to throw some more money in for a quality build. The worst thing is putting everything together with a little bit of money and then not liking what you have; then trying to get rid of what you have to get what you really want and no one is buying. Get exactly what you want in the beginning by doing plenty of research. Quality parts generally give you a quality product, crap parts = crap product. I purchased an LMT MWS a while ago for $2300 and it does well out to 650m with a Nightforce 5-22 scope. Better yet, get a good bolt gun for cheaper (if you don't have one) and save diligently for the right semi to come along.
