First ladder test for AI AX308MC

All ladders were run at 300y firing one shot per charge while recording the velocities with a crono about 10' downrange. All shots were fired ~2min apart checking for pressure signs along the way.



This is IMR 4064, the wind was gusting to 13mph. I am thinking 46.0 which gave me 2807fps .




For R-15 I am thinking 44.5 which was 2721.




For Varget, 44.5 which was 2704.


With all this I am thinking 46.0 of IMR 4064 will be the one to go with because I am getting the best velocity (2807) within an accuracy node.

Your 4064 load seems to have wide spreads of similar vertical shots, should be easy to get a very forgiving load with the R15 not far behind.

It might be easier to tell if you could test a little further out, like 500yds. Especially if you plan on testing again in 0.2gr increments.
