Thanks guys should I spray it with a flat clear or no so it doesn't rub off quiet as easy

most definately yes. I have applied several coats of clear on past paint jobs and they all held up great

Paint guide please? Step by step would be nice!

Noticed alot of you guys spraying and painting rifles. Thinking i might give the 'ol ruger a nice scrub look if i can get the paint for it.
