Figured out how I'd put a knob on a Savage.
I can make it any length you want, and can even make it sweep back slightly.

looks good, are using the stud method or milling the knob down on those? While your at you should get all the dimensions n the handle and maybe you can make your own handles that are threaded for different knobs

I'm using the same stud method.

Working on rifles, even though it's insignificant work, is so much fun I can't believe I might actually get to do this(and only this) for the rest of my life. I cant thank enough the people that have helped me. R&D Precision, LowLight, thank you guys. Seriously.

The Varminter and the Phoenix should be no problem.
The Marksman gives me some trouble using this method. But I think I have a solution to this.

It's amazing what you can do with metal and machines...
