Got my first coyote today! Was just getting in the stand with my nephew when this guy starts across the back half of the field. Walking along at a pretty good pace till I barked at him. Shot him with my 7mm-08 @ 210yds. Weighed 35lbs.

nice yote. My current coyote rifle set up is a 7-08 mountain rifle running the 120 vmax's.

Sweet! I'm getting ready to start focusing on putting a yote down. Figured I would see one early in the morning while after deer this year. No luck.

Thats a good one, congrats on your first. I've taken a few with 140 gr Nosler ballistic tips in my 16" 7mm08. Does the job nicely, usually messy though.

I shot this one with my deer load... 140 gr Accubond. It did open up a pretty big hole.
