Just got my details finalized for the annual Salmon trip to Lake Michigan. Still February but with hunting season over I am getting pumped for some spring smallies and some salmon fishing. Dont recall a fishing thread. Let see some pics of your good days out on the water! I will start out with a few over the last few years. Havent got to fish as much as I would like in recent years, been to busy. Definitely plan on getting out more this year.

Biggest smallmouth I have taken from local creek in my 15 years of fishing it. A little over 19" Still chasing the one to break the 20" mark.

My personal favorite! Hard to believe this was 6 years ago. She was a little timid to say the least!

Nice Largemouth. By the looks of your location I am guessing Norris Lake or the that general area. I spent a lot of time down there growing up. Grandparents had a lakefront house by Twin Cove Marina. Had some good days on that lake.

I remember fishing on Wake Island one time. Only been there twice. Hard to remember through the alcohol. Fished out of a WWII landing craft. Caught some nice fish. Maybe I can find the pics. Don't remember if we took any. The guys that took us out cleaned, marinated, & cooked them for us. Good eating with a few Jack & Cokes.

Thanks! Haha not a bad guess. That one actually came out of Guntersville (on practice day of course).

Here's one that came out of Norris a few weeks ago.

Very nice. I would love to know where that is, been wanting to do some fishing around here but don't really know where to go.
