FL sizing die question

I have Redding full length S bushing sizing die for my 308 win.
If I back the die out to only bump the shoulders back .002 will the bushing still size the whole neck? Or will the neck tension change?

The Redding bushing dies will usually leave a little bit unsized near the bottom of the neck, regardless of how much you bump. Neck tension will not change. This is controlled by the ID of your bushing.
