I followed a link a while back to someone who sold a flat type rear back, maybe 8"x8" and an inch thick or so. For the life of me I can't find this again, anyone have a clue what I am referring to?

6" square and about 1" Thick, so it's a little smaller than the TAB bag.
I have made one design change from the pictures. I now use a small loop of 1" webbing instead of the 550 cord loop on the earlier version. The webbing is just more secure and if the customer wants a 550 cord loop I can add one or it's easy to add after the fact. In addition it causes the bag to swing less if you use a carabiner or grimlock to attach it to a vest or pack.
