Gunsmithing Flush Cup Question

I was contemplating having 2 flush cups installed on the left side of my 700p (factory HS stock). I was also planning on either a TacOps stock pack or a Karsten cheek rest.

Will the flush cups prevent me from using the stock pack??? If anyone has any photos of theirs, it would be nice to see..

in oe form no but...
you can modify the pack to make it work the way you want. had an eagle pack that i cut and restiched. have no idea where i put it or i would get you some pics

Depending upon where the flush cups are and where you position the Stock Pack, you may be able to reach the flush cups, but I wouldn't count on it. I don't have an HS-Precision stock to mount a Stock Pack on, but below is a photo a Tac Ops Stock Pack mounted on my RH X-Ray 51 (McMillan A5 stock).

If you can't position your Stock Pack such that placement of the flush cups makes sense you're hosed, unless you can place one along the bottom of the buttstock.

My Rear Cup is under my Sack.
Sling works just fine, just slower to take off.....

Take the pack to a shoe repair man and have him sew a circle about 1" in diameter over the marked position of the cup, and punch out the inside of the circle. Won't hurt the pack.

Thats a great idea! If you did this, how did it work out for you??

I put mine in just smidge below the pack. Worked fine for me. Plenty out of the way. Rifle carried good too.
