flush cups with Magpul PRS

I am wanting to run a tab gear sling on my GAP10, but cannot put my finger on one of those flush cups adapter for the gen 2 PRS. Does anyone have any ideas? PLease point me in the right direction.And while im at it, whats a good choice for the front pic rail flush cup adapter?

I use a non rotating Parker Mountain. I have been happy. Probably wouldnt have gotten the non rotating but it hasnt caused and undesirable results other than me expecting the QD to rotate and it doesnt.

I've got the Cascadia. Works as expected, no problem. Rather high priced for a simple piece of aluminum; but you either want it or not.... I'm not talented enough to make my own.
