Fn ar 7.62 magazines

I have been trying to help a friend find some extra mags for his fn ar 7.62, it seems like they are non existent... does anybody know a good place to look online? Ive covered the normal bases, brownells, midway, numrich, ebay ect. Is there a mag for something else that may work? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Do you mean FNAR magazines? If so, the only place they're available is Gunbroker or browsing classifieds for the odd person selling them right now. Best of luck getting them for anywhere near retail of around $54, they are reaching upwards of $150 on Gunbroker. The magazines are proprietary, there may be some "Browning" marked magazines for the BAR Mk3 DBM, but they are all the same and fit FN FNAR, Browning Hog Stalker, Winchester SX-AR, and Browning Mk3 DBM. Yeah FNAR, thank you guys. He makes enough money if one or two come up im sure he will pay it. He has seen how much fun loading a mag while shooting is lol. I was thinking the bar mags may work. That widens the pool some at least lol.
