Mike Rescigno at Tac Ops will build on an FN SPR / Model 70 action. As with all Tac Ops rifles it'll be a laser, but of course you'll have to get in line.

I was going to suggest Jered Joplin at APA (American Precision Arms, formerly known as Patriot Arms), but I see BVEAL beat me to it.

I believe Mike Lau at TBA (Texas Brigade Armory) will also build on FN SPR / Winchester Model 70 actions. I know that he builds a Vietnam-era USMC Scout-Sniper Winchester Model 70 in caliber .30-06 (complete with Unertl telescope).

Hope this helps.

I'd stay away from him..... he did some shady work on a rifle for me and didnt do half of what he billed me for. One of those issues was the fact that the barrel wasnt even fully torqued into the action.

Re: FN SPR Build

I would recommend, without any reservation whatsoever, that you contact AJ Brown Arms Company in Bloomfield, IN regarding your FN build. He has built 3 of them for me, .308, .243 and 7wsm. All of them are lasers and function perfectly. They are the 3 to the right of this picture.
