On the FN SPR A1a what magazine system do you need to install the CDI detatchable system the DBM or FLP? I heard you could use either but im sure one is better.

Either. You are replacing the factory bottom metal with the CDI bottom metal. Where you start doesn't matter. The only thing that may be different is the resale of the factory system, or if one costs you more from the get-go.
