hi guys im new on this site, just joined. im just getting into the whole forum thing. but anyways i just purchased a new FN tsr xp at a gun show and i have been doing some research. does any one know if its tru that the Winchester 70 style stock will fit the tsr? because i am interested inputting a nicer better feeling stock on the gun, but can not find any for the tsr specifically.

Snow,
You will likely not find any accessories, stocks, rails, bottom metal, etc for the TSR-XP specifically. Look for accessories that fit the FNH SPR or Winchester M-70 short action. McMillan makes stocks for the SPR, I believe Manners does as well. You may want to have a tighter barrel channel for your medium weight TSR barrel instead of the heavier SPR barrel. McMillan likely knows exactly what you would be talking about if you tell them what you have.
For aftermarket triggers, look for replacements for the Winchester MOA trigger specifically. Before you do that, give the stock trigger a chance. It can be adjusted quite easily by a competent gunsmith down to around 3 pounds.

thanks action guy, im not to familiar with the FN bolts i only bought it because i heard good things about them and got a fairly good price on it. i will look into the winchester m-70 stocks.
