this was posted in the crooked news network this morning. They don’t want to stop at bumpstocks and the likes of Feinstein and Pelosi have openly stated many times that they want this to be a slippery slope and have no intention of stoppping with accessories. Perhaps this was a smart calculation on the NRAs part but they have figured it out, if it was.

The interesting thing to me is all of the nonsense coming out of LV after this. I’ve heard and read all kinds of theories as most of us have. But the real interesting thing to me is the false release of info by the authorities. Let’s see I’ve heard all kinds of numbers of how many weapons and how much ammo he had, ive heard he bought them all within the last year, then I heard he had been getting these things over decades of time. Then I heard they were illegal weapons with no serial numbers, then I heard that they were legal just modified etc. etc. the list goes on and on. So which is it? Frankly, I don’t think any of us will ever know what happened except those involved. False flag or not, we will never know and those that do know probably don’t want the truth to come out even if it wasn’t a false flag situation. But the time to protect your rights is now. Every time one of these deals comes up they go after the 2nd amendment, hard. If you want any kind of freedoms for your children or grandchildren, I suggest employing their own tactics against them in social media and other places and fighting back, hard. Otherwise, it won’t be long until you have lost your rights. Get started.

I have always agreed that the NRA my not be the "best voice" for gun owners but they are the loudest voice. Others like GOA for example are coming in strong but it's the NRA that's always quoted and demonized.

But I totally agree that any concession is too much. Today it's bump stocks. What if tomorrow they go after scopes. LV shooter used scopes and they are an "accessory" added to make firing more accurate. They didn't have them when the bill of rights was created so "clearly the founders couldn't have fathomed them in society". Hunter's were killing animals for many years without them. That's the type of argument we, as gun owners need to understand and fight against.

I've said it in other threads. It's a slow erosion of our rights. Chip away enough to keep younger generations for picking up shooting as hunters or hobbiests and one day, the 2nd amendment will be taken away.

They will never be happy. Just like Great Britain who after guns went after knives.

As to the 2nd paragraph in the OP. Just like ink blots if you want to see a conspiracy you are going to see a conspiracy.

I have said in another thread. 1 person saves 30 people from a burning building and he/she is a hero without question no one questions or doubts it. But 1 person kills 30 and it has to have taken a team, that it is impossible to have done it without help.

Does it matter if there were 10, 19 or 23 guns in the hotel room (all numbers i heard). There are LEO here that i am sure will tell you that information and facts become clearer over time. But the bombardment from the press is relentless.

In fact you want to curtail a right, freedom of the press could use a little curtailing. LEO is giving the info they have at the time but the investigation is 2 hrs old and the facts can change 2 days or even 2 weeks later.

Do I believe the possibility of conspiracys, sure but it has been proven that 95% of the time 3 people can not keep a secret. Add more people and it becomes exponentially harder to withhold information. Why because with 2 people if there is a leak it is pretty easy to figure out who talked. Once you add a 3rd you now have someone to point the finger at when you deny spilling the secret. Add 100's of people and it becomes impossible. How do you think the press got pictures of the hotel room with in hours. Probably 10-20 people in that room doing investigation. Pretty easy to deny you gave up the info when you can point to 19 others who could have done it also.
