great article. I wired in brake lamp and reverse lamp kill switches along with a resistor to fool the ambient light sensor for daytime running lamps into my last truck. worked awesome. I also installed small strips of Velcro along the edges of the instrument cluster and any areas I couldn't kill the light and made heavy cordura covers that simply Velcro in place. simply stored them in my center console when not in use.
