Nearly 2 years ago I 3D printed a base and pin that will reduce the travel required to about 50% when sizing shorter brass.
I used it today to size and load 100 pieces of 44 Magnum.
I don't know why I never posted it before.

It is not an original idea, someone makes a metal version and sells it commercially.
I've used mine for 2 years now and it shows no sign of giving up the ghost.
The beauty is that it costs pennies to print.
I used PETG to print mine.
I would flip the base over to print it.

I did the same thing with a piece of threaded rod. Put a point on the treaded rod in my lathe. Couple of nuts jammed together for a
stop. Works like a champ!
