Some feel RL-22 is a dirty powder, but I've never really gotten into the whole 'dirty' powder debate. I shoot RL-22, H-1000 and H-4831/sc and don't feel that they're any dirtier than anything else.
Now, I did shoot some Wolf 5.45x39 the other day, through my Tantal and I did notice that it was a bit messier, but it's Russian shit.

Any will be dirty if not burned properly.
RL-15 is close, but not Varget.
RL-22/H1000/4831.

If you are loading these up on the pressure curve I wouldn't consider them "dirty" but then I'm not an "expurt"
