Fore Stock Pad/Cover?

Who makes fore stock covers like the one below? Can't seem to find a source and am not completely sure what they're called.

On a side note, how does it attach to the forearm? Some kind of adhesive?

Velcro you attach to the stock.

I should post pics of the super cool tactical foam anti fatigue mat that I double stick taped to my AW.
