Form 1 question

I just completed a form 1 by efile. I listed my name under box 3B instead of my trust name. I am the only trustee listed on the trust. Will this work or do I need to call and have it changed. My address and the trust address are the same.

Unless your name and your trust name match EXACTLY you will have to correct the form.

Ok. Someone just told me to cancel it and start over.

I'd just redo it. It should most definitely be the trust name. On the plus side, I did a Form I on July 25th and got it back August 18th from an e-file. I thought it was a joke at first.

Wow. That's super fast! I have withdrew and refiled. I'd love to get it back that fast. This is my third stamp in waiting for.
