NO. You have to pay 200 for the gubment to say that its ok for it to be owned by the dealer .... then pay another 200 for them to say that its ok for YOU to own it and it will sit at the dealers for however long it takes to transfer from the dealer to you...... PLUS the dealer is probably going to want around 100 bucks for doing the transfer.

Outsy is spot-on. I'm waiting on the second Form 4 now. I thought waiting on a single Form 1 or 4 was bad but two really sucks. Oh well, gives me more time to stock up on ammo.

Sometimes it's just better off finding one in your state. Cuts down on wait time and extra fees. A Mac 10 should be pretty easy to find.
