What's the verdict? For those of you who have used either or both, which do you prefer and why? I purchased a couple of echo triggers a month ago but haven't gotten around to installing/ firing them. I am considering selling one and buying a BFS gen 3. Threse are for "Fun time" lowers that may be used for hunting but not precision.

I have the echo trigger. It takes a bit getting used to, and as you know it's fast. The trigger is made of cast parts, and people are complaining of parts easily breaking, and the hammer wearing out.

its a novelty item. Fun to use, but burns Ammo, and would not be my go to trigger for a self defense gun, unless it's a belt fed mcr of course!

Thanks for the input - any experience with the Franklin? Is it better built? I understand the hammer follow issue but it may be fun on multiply uppers that may not have the perfect bcg for an echo...

I have no experience, but have started buying components for my 1st AR. The Franklin says it works with most BCG, whereas the others state full auto bolt only, so I'm going with the Franklin. Pistol lower & just ordered a 9mm and a 7.62x39 10.5" uppers from BCA (side charging)
