Its not a "Mark 5"
Its the M5 turrets.
Leupold has the M1, M2, M3, M5 turrets for their Mk4 Scopes.
The M5 turrets are 0.1 Millradian clicks.
Leupold is also coming out with a new line of tactical scopes with a top button on the top of the elevation turret that locks the setting in and a 34mm tube. There is a long article in the June 2010 Special Weapons Magazine.
